These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and helptowin ("helptowin," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at helptowin.club and any associated subdomains, applications, or services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering a helptowin account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or placing a wager, you expressly acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to comply with and be bound by them. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered players, and any other person who accesses or uses any part of the helptowin Platform in any manner.

These Terms are supplemented by, and should be read together with, helptowin's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail only to the extent of the inconsistency.

helptowin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

Access to and use of the helptowin Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is a firm requirement under Philippine law and PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) regulations governing online gaming operations. helptowin does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any gaming activity on the Platform. Age is verified through the mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process, and accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be immediately and permanently closed.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity registering on behalf of another person.

• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or close family member of an employee of helptowin or any of its affiliated game providers.

• You are acting in your own personal capacity and are not acting as an agent, intermediary, or nominee for any third party.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Philippines or your country of residence.

To access the full features of the helptowin Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a player account ("Account"). The following conditions apply to all helptowin Accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each player may maintain only one (1) registered Account on the helptowin Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide true, current, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes.
• KYC Verification: helptowin requires all players to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, "KYC") before withdrawals are processed. KYC requires submission of a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS card, UMID, or PhilSys National ID) and a selfie holding the document. helptowin reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. helptowin will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Notification of Breach: You must notify helptowin immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. Contact helptowin's 24/7 support team via live chat on the Platform.

helptowin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the payment methods displayed on the Platform from time to time. All transactions on helptowin are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to all financial transactions:

• Accepted Methods: helptowin currently supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, and other methods as indicated on the Platform's Cashier page. Supported methods may change without prior notice.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to a player's helptowin wallet within sixty (60) seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take between fifteen (15) minutes and one (1) business day, depending on the financial institution's processing schedule.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within one (1) to four (4) hours for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfers may take up to twelve (12) hours. • Matched Funds: All funds deposited and withdrawn must belong to the registered account holder. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. helptowin will not process withdrawals to any payment method not registered in the account holder's name.
• Reversal of Erroneous Transactions: helptowin reserves the right to reverse any transaction made in error, whether due to technical fault, human error, or game malfunction. Where funds have been credited in error, the erroneous amount may be deducted from the player's wallet at any time.

helptowin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside the individual offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
• One Bonus Per Player: Only one (1) promotional bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time, unless the specific promotion expressly states otherwise.
• Abuse and Fraud: Any player found to be abusing bonuses — including but not limited to bonus hunting, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, collusion, or placing low-risk bets designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent — will have their bonus revoked, their winnings forfeited, and their account reviewed for suspension.
• Game Restrictions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, slots, and table games may carry different wagering contribution percentages. The specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Withdrawal Before Completion: If a player requests a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirements of an active bonus, the bonus amount and any associated winnings will be forfeited prior to processing the withdrawal.
• Promotional Availability: helptowin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that players who have already validly opted into a promotion will have their rights under that promotion respected to the extent reasonably practicable.

All games available on the helptowin Platform are governed by the individual rules applicable to each game, as displayed within the game interface or on the game's information page. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable game rules before placing wagers.

• RNG Certification: All computer-generated games (slots, RNG table games, virtual sports, crash games) on helptowin are powered by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG certification is conducted by recognised international testing laboratories, and published RTP figures reflect genuine certified specifications.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are operated by third-party studio providers and are subject to the rules and procedures implemented by those providers in addition to these Terms. In the event of a conflict between a third-party live dealer game rule and these Terms, helptowin will use reasonable efforts to resolve the conflict in the player's favour where the cause was a Platform-side error.
• Malfunction and Technical Faults: In the event of a system malfunction, game error, disconnection, or other technical issue affecting the outcome of a game round, helptowin reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the applicable wager to the player's account. Winnings generated as a result of a demonstrable technical malfunction are not valid and may be reversed.
• Incomplete Game Rounds: If a game round is interrupted due to a disconnection or device failure, the round will be completed in accordance with the rules of that game once a stable connection is re-established. helptowin is not liable for losses incurred as a result of player-side connectivity issues.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the helptowin Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one (1) account on the helptowin Platform, whether under your own name, a different name, or using another person's identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time when requested by helptowin.
• Attempting to access the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Colluding with other players, using automated betting software ("bots"), exploiting game vulnerabilities, or using any system, strategy, or software designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or using the Platform for any purpose other than legitimate personal entertainment gaming.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the helptowin Platform, its software, or any game offered thereon.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward helptowin's support staff or other players in any Platform communication channel.
• Sharing or selling your helptowin account, login credentials, or access to any third party.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to misrepresent your actual location.

helptowin is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides a range of tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively rather than reactively.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the Account Settings page. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a twenty-four (24)-hour cooling-off period before becoming active.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration, after which they will be automatically logged out of the Platform.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic notifications during gaming sessions to remind them of the time spent playing.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may apply for a temporary suspension of their account for a period ranging from twenty-four (24) hours to six (6) weeks. During a cooling-off period, the account will be locked from all gaming activity and deposits. The account may be reopened only after the cooling-off period expires.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they have developed a problematic relationship with gambling may request permanent self-exclusion from the helptowin Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon request via live chat. Permanent self-exclusion is not reversible. helptowin will use reasonable efforts to prevent re-registration by self-excluded players.
• Minimum Age Enforcement: helptowin strictly enforces the minimum playing age of 21 years through mandatory KYC verification. No person under 21 may register or gamble on the Platform under any circumstances.

helptowin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable Platform policy.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period as requested by helptowin.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or use of prohibited software.
• Receipt of a request from a competent regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or court order.
• Discovery that the player is under 21 years of age.
• Discovery that the player has previously self-excluded from the Platform and re-registered in violation of the self-exclusion agreement.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, helptowin reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds and associated winnings. Real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) may be returned to the player after completion of fraud, compliance, and AMLA checks, at helptowin's sole discretion and subject to applicable law.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting helptowin's support team. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method after completion of standard security checks.

All content on the helptowin Platform — including but not limited to the helptowin brand name, logo, trade marks, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of helptowin or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the helptowin Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.

Game content, including visual assets, audio, and mechanics, is licensed to helptowin by third-party game providers and is subject to those providers' respective intellectual property rights. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any game content is prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, helptowin provides the Platform and all services on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

helptowin does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times.
• Any defects in the Platform will be corrected within a specific timeframe.
• The Platform or its servers are free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, helptowin and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill.

helptowin's total aggregate liability to any player for direct damages, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their helptowin account in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

helptowin collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and agree to the terms of the helptowin Privacy Policy.

helptowin processes personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration, identity verification, and KYC compliance.
• Processing of financial transactions, including deposits and withdrawals.
• Prevention of fraud, money laundering, and prohibited conduct.
• Compliance with applicable Philippine laws and PAGCOR regulatory requirements.
• Customer support, communications, and dispute resolution.
• Responsible gaming monitoring and intervention where required.

Amendments take effect upon publication on the helptowin Platform unless a specific future effective date is stated. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

helptowin recommends that players review these Terms periodically to stay informed of the most current version. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between a player and helptowin arising from the use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting helptowin's customer support team. helptowin will use reasonable efforts to address player complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the relevant regulatory authority or submit it to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

These Terms do not limit any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Philippine law, including but not limited to rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act 7394) and the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act 8792).
