The helptowin Platform is strictly intended for adults who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is a firm requirement under PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. helptowin does not knowingly collect, use, or retain personal data from any person under the age of 21.
Age is verified through mandatory KYC document submission prior to processing any withdrawal.
